So I have not posted on this sweet piece in a while. Here is a bit of an update:

The biggest and best news is that I quit my Job. I just did not see it going anywhere beyond where I was already at and had enough side stuff and money saved to make the jump, so I did.

Right after I quit I had to fly out to Boston for job interview. I decided to turn it down because it not seem like the perfect fit. The people and the technology were great, as was the pay, but I would be dealing with clients more and technology less.

Then I had another offer and decided to take it. Great technology, good pay, good people. The only down side is that I have to move. We will deal with it when it comes though.

Going to the second job interview was quite a pain in the ass. My GF and I rented a car and drove up there and took the whole week off as kind of a mini vacation…mini it was. We hit storms the entire way…ice and snow storms…the ford taurus that we rented was good in the snow, but it did guzzle the gas.

So that was feb. Now it is March, My moms birthday was yesterday and in other areas March Madness has started. I have a lot to do this month before I leave town for 4 weeks. It will be interesting to see how much of it I actually get done. If I am going to be moving I need to sell a bunch of my stuff to make the move lighter as well as to free up space. A week and half is not that much time to sell a quarter of your belonging, but we will see how I do.
