This is an amazing blog which I guess is under investigation…i just wasted like 2 hours of my life reading it…my only conclusion is that the guy is a genius.

Not long ago and far away, Santa was getting ready for his annual trip…but there were problems everywhere.
Four of his elves got sick, and the trainee elves didn't produce the toys as fast as the regular ones, so Santa was beginning to feel the pressure of being behind schedule.
Then Mrs. Claus told Santa that her Mom was coming to visit. This stressed Santa even more.
When he went to harness the reindeer, he found that three of them were about to give birth and two had jumped the fence and were out…heaven knows where to. More Stress!
Then when he began to load the sleigh, one of the boards cracked and the toy bag fell to the ground and scattered the toys.
Totally frustrated, Santa went into the house for a cup of coffee and a shot of whiskey. When he went to the cupboard, he found the elves had hid the liquor and there was nothing to drink.
In his frustration, he dropped the coffee pot and it broke into hundreds of little pieces all over the kitchen floor. He went to get the broom and found that mice had eaten the straw it was made from. Just then the doorbell rang and Santa cussed on his way to the door. He opened the door and there was a little angel with a great big Christmas tree.The angel said: "Where would you like me to put this tree fat man?"

And this my friend is how the little angel came to be on top of the Christmas tree.

SEO Bitch Jake sure is a real seo bitch… or maybe he is more of an seo rockstar. Either way he is the fastest typer in the world.

Seo 1337 perhaps… I dunno i swear him and his keyboard were smoking…I think Jake should learn to quit smoking, do not think his keyword will ever learn.

He could not hack into my wi-fi network. I wonder if he knows as much about seo as he thinks. He is such a bitch.

Weekend Recap

…I am still sick, feeling better now.

I ate lots of soup and food, and did not have one sip of alcohol. I left the house only for a matter of minutes and accomplished nothing other that some quality time to think.

I had a wonderful fortune cookie which kind of summed everything up. And by everything I mean the last two years. Maybe the last three.

I made a list of things I want to start doing, things I used to enjoy, perhaps I still will enjoy them.

My friend Andy came over today for a few minutes and I took picture of him for some internet purposes. He wants to send them to someone. They were tasteful so need to be worried. There were a few that turned out real nice. Interesting lighting. I shot at iso 400 using natural lighting and a slow sync shutter and flash combination. I like the yellow that incandescent light throws.

I rented 2 movies this weekend. 24 hour party people, and Dead Man. Dead man was really interesting, it will take some time for it to sink in. There was one scene I thought was beautiful. It involved a dead deer, a baby, a fawn I think they are called.

This week is the nerd convention here in Chicago, and by nerds I mean internet marketing professionals. The group I would classify myself in. There will be some of the greatest seo's (search engine optimizers) in the world here. It should be really great talking to some of these people to gain a better understanding what is currently going on in the market.

iPod's Dirty Secret – Neistat Brothers

This is a pretty cool movie that these guys made in order to fight the shitty policy that apple had with the replacement of an ipod battery pack.

I guess the batteries on an ipod die after about 18 months, far after the 90 day warranty expires. And they did not originally offer a battery replacement service, which they do now. For $99.00 plus $29.95 shipping.

Before they offered the service you used to have to go and buy a new one or a do a full service fix…which cost like 250 dollars.

Pretty smart on apples end to make the ipod somewhat of a consumable product, meaning that it something that is used and must be replaced. It is also a very nasty move.

Anyhow the movie that these guys made persuaded apple into having the battery replacement policy.

What a weekend

So this weekend was thanksgiving. That went really well. Spent the whole day at the grandparents house. I even helped cook and clean, such a great grandson…

My first week at work was completed. It went well. We launced the first site I will be working on and it has already been crawled, which is good news…we will see how everything else goes with this site.

Friday I was in a "food coma" I ate way too much on thursday.

Sat. went well and I went out to dinner with Lisa and Joanne. I have not seen lisa since the summer and it has been a few weeks since I have seen Joanne…anyhow that was cool. We went to Flat top grill. The power went out for a few minutes, it was interesting…it changed the mood of the place and I liked it. Plus the street got a little darker, which I always like.

Sunday I was home sick, thanks flat top grill and I watched the bears game. I was sick as a dog, some might say sicker… I must have had a reaction/allergy(??) to some of the sauces I tried. It was terrible. I drank one glass of water and a bowl of soup…I could barely keep that down.

The bears raised hell and won the game 27-3. Hopefully they will continue to not suck and win a few more games. They really looked impressive, which is strange since much of the year they have sucked. A few errors yesterday, but overall they played well. The defense dominated as usual. The main change is that the offense actually moved up the field. They were playing a new running back who averaged like 8 yards a carry.

I found out today that A woman I used to work with passed away. She had cancer. She worked until the end which is really sad. I wish she would have enjoyed her self and traveled or something. There will be no funeral as her body was cremated.

I said a prayer for her which is odd for me, but she is the 3rd person who I have known who has passed away while I have been old enough to understand it. It is inevitable that there will be more, since we all get closer every day.
