This is free, it sounds great and you can also send links via the chat program….so for telecommuting it is pretty much flawless. I like it alot, and I would liek to thank Jenn for introducing me to it.
I would recommend getting a headset if you use skype, having a seperate mic and headphones would not be as easy to use. I have this model: plantronics 450. Headsets Direct also carries a ton of other plantronics headsets.
If i ever grow to need anything beyond skype, I will be sure to look into something like vonage – the broadband phone company or telassist – call center outsourcing
